| Description: | I. PURPOSE OF JOB
The Marketing Coordinator will have primary accountability for interaction and synthesis of information with a variety of departments including: Sales, Creative Design, Marketing, Manufacturing, and Fulfillment. The Marketing Coordinator will also have the responsibility to serve as the point person for the collection, dissemination, and delivery of marketing support materials for the projects that the Marketing team manages and executes. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for managing multiple projects which are deadline oriented. The role requires unwavering attention to detail and proven organizational skills.
II. SCOPE
Under general supervision, this position reports to the Director, Communications & Customer Marketing, and has no direct reports. In executing position responsibilities, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the following internal positions/departments:
Director, Communications & Customer Marketing for daily departmental operational duties and administrative support as needed
Finance team for assistance in successfully reconciling actual expenses and processing invoices Product Managers in assisting with the creation, management, and execution of projects, including continual updates of sales training materials and binders for the Marketing Library
Marketing Communication Managers and Specialists in assisting with trade show execution, custom print program coordination, and overall marketing communications project management
Marketing Fulfillment Manager for bulk mail project planning and delivery, and collateral/promotional item inventory control and management
Sales team to process requisitions for payments for distributor programs and annual agreements
Director of Manufacturing to coordinate the production of custom packaging and custom product manufacturing landing cost estimates. Coordination of all aspect of custom projects.
Creative Director for production updates.

| Duties: | III. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide day-to-day marketing support for the Communications, Customer Marketing, Corporate Communications and Product Management departments.
The position is responsible for coordinating, trafficking and distribution of product brochures and catalogs, custom packaging requests, direct marketing programs, coordination of market research data, company and divisional newsletter production, media research, web research, trade show support and communication with external agencies, power point presentations.
Maintain project files.
Manage and update customer database, research potential new customers.
Potential for growth in customer marketing, communications or graphic design.
Work to develop impactful sales aids in including power point presentations for use at sales meetings.
Serve as a key interface, routing and coordinating between sales and the marketing team in regards to custom product and packaging requests between sales, manufacturing and marketing.

| Qualifications: | IV. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
Education:
Associates Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or comparable working experience required.
Experience:
Marketing experience (3-5 years) required
High level of competency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline-centric environment required
Skills:
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
Demonstrated project management skills including planning, organization, implementation, and achievement of results
High level of energy and passion for marketing and teamwork
